We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number is sufficient).
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any e-liquids, disposable vapes, or other consumable products that have been opened or used.
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide our support team with:
Your order number.
A clear photo or short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right, either through a replacement or a full refund for the item in question.
To initiate a return for an eligible (unopened and unused) item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@decentvape.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@decentvape.com.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following:
Opened or Used Products: Any disposable vape or product that has been opened from its sealed packaging.
Gift Cards.
Sale or Clearance Items: Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns.
